Intel announces an initiative for Indian Product Startups

Som Mittal, NASSCOM’s President started the session by bringing forth the highlights of the discussions happened throughout the day on fast growing Indian Software Product industry. He highlighted the importance of the ‘Product Connect’, a joint initiative between NASSCOM and Intel Corporation.

Mr. Scott Harrison, Director of Software Partner Programs at Intel Corporation, then presented the key highlights of the ‘Product Connect’ initiative and shared how it will contribute to the future growth of the Indian Software Product industry. He briefly shared Intel’s history in Software and said that ‘Software Products’ is strategic to Intel’s future plans and Indian Software industry is an integral part of its growth plans.

Speaking on the ‘Product Connect’ initiative, Mr. Harrison described various kinds of resources and opportunities, which Intel will provide for improving Software Development and increasing Market Reach for the participants of this initiative.
