It’s time to “EMERGE OUT” into the spotlight

We are all set to host our first ever conference for Emerging Companies. Aimed at encouraging SMEs within the IT-BPO industry to “EMERGE OUT” of the shadows, drive the next phase of growth of the sector and take their rightful place in the industry, the conclave will bring together all the stakeholder that currently define the “Emerging Eco-system.”
In the last few years we have been actively focussing on developing the Emerging Companies in the country and have developed multiple platforms to reach out to them. The EMERGE forum, EMERGE blogs, EMERGE newsletter, EMERGE community, Mentorship Program, Exciting Emerging Companies to work for are some of the initiatives. The focus of the EMERGE Out Conclave is to develop a national level platform where different stakeholders can come together and define the strategy & vision for the Emerging companies in the year ahead.
The EMERGE OUT conference, slated for 29th September, 2008 in New Delhi, is expected to become an annual feature in our agenda for emerging companies. It will provide a national platform for small and medium enterprises, where they can deliberate on technology and business trends, and gain insights on the new opportunities opening out before them. A culmination of the numerous activities NASSCOM has been organizing in the “Emerging” space, the event will witness brainstorming, mentoring and experience sharing among companies, which will result in creating a strategic vision for Emerging Organizations. While at the one end, successful SMEs will talk about what they did right to rank among the high performers, at the other end, leading entrepreneurs will provide tips and tricks to help the emerge bunch make a mark within their chosen niches.
Finally, of course, the Conclave will enable delegates to network and connect with peers and interact with well known thought and business leaders. Mentoring by panelists representing large companies, will be an additional draw delegates at the event. If you represent an Emerging Company that has an eye on the future, you need to be part of this initiative. It’s time to stand tall and stand apart
