After a sumptuous lunch, the session started with the topic of wooing the customer. It took time for everyone to get organized and seated. Suresh kicked it off by starting to talk about the word CUSTOMER. My question while sitting in the session is why do we have 3 CIOs as panelists for a session focused on Wooing the Customers. We should find out soon. Suresh introduced the imminent panelists. Please look at the speakers profile section for detailed profiles of the panelists. Suresh conducted a show of hands, and it clearly favored services companies. So, Suresh decided to focus the session on services companies. Ah, I got my answer. These panelists represents a good set of customers that most services companies would be looking to cater to. They will give their perspective of what they look at when deciding on the service providers as they fulfill there mission as CIOs within their respective organizations.
