		<description>I like the phrase &quot;Tough times call for smart measures&quot;. I think companies should realize the full potential of their own employees - right from programmers, analysts, admins &amp; not just managers. It is indeed motivating for an employee ,who is at the lower end of the hierarchy doing his/her desk job , to be called for a brain storming session on how to market better or on what new features can be added to a product. And, you never know where your next new idea will spring from !</description>
