Changes in economy create disruptions in how businesses operate

He urged the emerging companies to think like a disruptor who can create a change and embrace the wind of the technological disruption to work in your favour.
In his words, Companies need to carve a niche for themselves and be the best in what they do. Focused companies are the ones which are good at one thing and one thing which they can boost.
Creating a partnership and co-creating an ecosystem of companies that survive and evolve together like Salesforce.com, emerging companies need to create their ecosystem of complementary services and products and create value to the customers.
Thus to build lasting companies one needs to
1. Think like a Disruptor
2. Be a focused company
3. Create Partnerships
