NASSCOM EmergeOut Started
Loading ...NASSCOM Emergeout Conclave 2009 started with the welcome address by Mr. Rajiv Vaishnav, Vice President, NASSCOM. This is the first emergeout conclave in Chennai and second overall. The first session of the conclave was the opportunity session titled ‘CEO Speak: Counter cyclical opportunity in downturn’ and was chaired by Mr Krishnakumar Natarajan CEO & MD MindTree. R.chandrasekar President and MD of Cognizant Tech India gave an insightful speak on the ever green oppurtunities which exist in the Healthcare sector and how SMEs can tap into it. Sharad Sharma, Non-Executive chairman of Movico Tech, talked about how to start a disruption and emerge as a great business utilising the current recession. The main point of the session was summed up by Som Mittal, President NASSCOM, by saying ‘Lets not waste this recession, find opportunities in it and try to gain from it’.
