I agree with you that it takes perseverance to go on with it..I am reading the same for past one and half months and I am still at little beyond 300. But, what keeps me going is the way Nilekani presents his thoughts. Very simple, balanced and informative. An amazing insight into India, its history, how our past shaped the thought processes of our leaders and the issues that threaten to push us back. It has definitely changed the way I look at our country and its issues. I am currently reading this book.
