Workshop on Go-To-Market strategies for Product companies at the NASSOCM Product Conclave 2009

The workshop on Go-To-Market strategies for product companies will address a key challenge most companies face: how to build their brand and sales beyond the network of the founders.

Yes, yes and yes – the workshop will show you how.

We have a Panel of Experts in Digital Marketing, Field Sales, and Partnerships. Additionally, the panel will have entrepreneurs who have successfully sold products.

The workshop will cover the various channels an entrepreneur has to reach their customer and build their pipeline. We will briefly cover theory, and follow-it-up with solution ideas to practical challenges faced by real companies. We will also allow for a lot of questions from the audience.

The Audience for this session is companies who are looking to build their sales channels. The workshop assumes that you already have a product, a sense for the target customer, and a differentiated value proposition (all important issues addressed in other sessions in the Conference).

The Format of the workshop is brief presentations by the panellists and Q&A from the audience, following which 3 companies grappling with sales challenges will present their specific business context, and get detailed, specific advice and insights from the panellists.

We expect that the audience will walk away with an appreciation for the channels available to them, their pros-and-cons, as well as how to practically leverage them to build sales.
