JaMocha Tech has released the following two products built on the NetValence platform:
- NetValence Capstone is an IT and Office Automation Infrastructure availability and performance monitoring & management tool that facilitates real-time and historical reports and analytics along with automated actions.
- NetValence ProHance (BO) is an Employee Efficiency & Productivity Metering tool that aims to achieve improved employee productivity with better control & improved transparency through application usage metering.
NetValence ProHance (BO) is an employee efficiency & productivity metering application for back-office operations (non-voice) which constantly monitors a user’s application usage activity on his work-station.
ProHance measures employee time and how well it has been spent. ProHance distinguishes between productive and non-productive usage of time at the desktop, allows employees to capture their time sheet to account for any idle time. ProHance also provides a total productivity map of employees if output of employees is made available as a data source. ProHance makes
time measurement on-demand, authentic, flexible, ethical and most importantly analytical. Data aggregation is provided for at multiple levels, with secure and controlled access based on organizational policy.
While most organizations have some idea about employee output, tracking employee time spent on official work is a great productivity enhancer. An individual will now be able to compare himself/herself against benchmarks and hence drive personal productivity. Business managers can now determine their most effective assets and their contribution to business, with the right data. An improved productivity can lead to increase in business. Line managers can assign / create the right teams for the right jobs, leading to better customer satisfaction.. HR teams can now quantify and justify the appraisals, without the time and error prone personal judgements.

How does ProHance work?
ProHance tracks user activity and inactivity and flushes periodic data to a central manager for analytical reporting Individual efficiency is aggregated to calculate and report on team/group efficiency. Role based access provides insights to different layers of people including Supervisors, Site Managers, and Regional Managers on how their team members spend their working time in the office. Goals can be set for individuals and teams and notifications received in real-time on their success or failure.
