India is embracing the world and the world is coming to India. Even as Indian organizations expand their businesses to all parts of the globe, the largest of international players are establishing an “offshore” presence in India to tap the great outsourcing opportunity. At the same time, the IT-BPO industry has emerged as a strong force and growth catalyst of the global economy. The sector has transcended geographic barriers and is now playing a new, more strategic role in the emerging global scenario.
